Description
The Process Engineer will report to the Plant Manager and lead lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across the Dye Range and Blocking departments. The role analyzes performance, develops and tracks KPIs, trains associates, conducts root cause analysis, optimizes equipment and workflows, and collaborates with production, quality, maintenance, and other cross-functional teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or a related field, at least three years of manufacturing experience, Lean and process optimization expertise, strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness to travel. The salary range is $85,000-$92,000 annually.
