Avery Dennison is hiring a full-time, on-site Process Engineer in Oak Harbor, Ohio to support Coating and Slitting operations. The role involves process improvement, manufacturing problem investigation, variation reduction, equipment and controls support, capital projects, and new product development assistance. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline and 2–4 years of industrial manufacturing experience, along with statistical process control, DOE, FMEA, and other quality-methodology experience. Solidworks, AutoCAD, controls, instrumentation, and PLC knowledge are preferred, and ISO 9001-2000, Six Sigma exposure, and Green Belt certification are advantageous.
