Axis is hiring a full-time Process Engineer in Bedford, United Kingdom, with a hybrid work arrangement. The role focuses on creating and maintaining manufacturing process procedures, purchasing and implementing new machinery and process methods, supporting customer onboarding, and providing technical expertise and mentoring to manufacturing teams. The engineer will work with Engineering, Maintenance, and Technical Manufacturing teams, monitor process effectiveness, and keep processes aligned with technology, customer, and industry standards. An engineering-related degree or relevant industry experience, strong English communication, Lean Manufacturing knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, and data-driven decision-making are required; electronic manufacturing experience in a high-reliability, low-to-medium-volume sector is preferred.
