BAE Systems is hiring an onsite Process Engineer in Glascoed to develop and optimise manufacturing processes for defence, aerospace, and security programmes. The role covers process control, Lean, PFMEA, automation, equipment specification and qualification, PLM data management, capability studies, KPIs, and safe working practices, with travel to customer, manufacturing, testing, and evaluation sites. It requires an HNC/HND in a relevant engineering discipline, a technical and manufacturing background, experience in hazardous-environment materials processing, and Baseline Personnel Security Standard eligibility.
