Description
The Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Engineer provides day-to-day engineering support for pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, including process optimization, troubleshooting, root-cause investigations, CAPA implementation, process validation, equipment qualification, regulatory compliance, audits, and continuous-improvement projects. The role also supports new product introductions, technology transfers, and engineering projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline and at least three years of engineering experience in a pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology, or highly regulated manufacturing environment, with experience in FDA-regulated, cGMP, validation, and quality systems.
