Description
The role supports the startup, validation, and stabilization of a catheter production line by executing startup plans, supporting OQ/PQ, setting process parameters, monitoring OEE, troubleshooting downtime and defects, developing SOPs and control plans, and collaborating with Production, QA, and Engineering. The position requires an engineering degree, 3–7 years of relevant experience, and skills in SPC, OEE, DOE, Lean, and basic PLC, with 70–80% shopfloor presence and ownership of line performance.
