Bio-Works is hiring a full-time Process Engineer to develop manufacturing-process knowledge, lead process-development and troubleshooting projects, conduct laboratory, pilot, and production experiments, analyze data, and improve process robustness, quality, efficiency, and scalability. The role bridges R&D and Production and supports new-product manufacturability and continuous improvement. Candidates need an MSc in a relevant chemical or applied science field, manufacturing-process-development experience, experimental-design and root-cause-analysis skills, and strong Swedish and English proficiency. The position is permanent with a six-month probationary period, starts by agreement, and applications are accepted until 18 October.
