Description
The Process Engineer will optimize existing production processes, support pilot-scale testing and new process-plant projects, design and model processes, prepare P&IDs, coordinate with production and other departments, implement KPIs, maintain quality and engineering documentation, and support tenders and contract negotiations. The role requires a qualifying engineering degree, chemical-industry experience, German and English proficiency, Microsoft Office skills, and preferably two years of relevant experience and AutoCAD experience. It is a permanent on-site position with training, occupational health, family-friendly policies, and performance-based pay.
