Description
Bosch is hiring an on-site Process Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce costs, improve performance, and resolve technical problems using FSP, 8D, and Shainin methods. The role prepares process documents, conducts MSA and process capability studies, implements new products in existing processes, and participates in global Bosch plant meetings in English. Required qualifications include mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics training, office proficiency, basic SAP knowledge, intermediate English, Q-stat and Solara capability software knowledge, SMT and test-line knowledge, and Power BI. The position is eligible for the home-office model and is open to Bosch employees.
