Description
BrightFarms is hiring a Process Engineer for its Macon, Georgia hydroponic farm. The role analyzes and improves greenhouse workflows, develops SOPs and training materials, mentors technical teams, implements Lean, Six Sigma, and statistical-improvement initiatives, collaborates with engineering and vendor teams on automation and process improvements, leads capital projects, and supports safety, environmental, and food-compliance requirements. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience, 3–5 years of process-engineering experience, data-analytics and ERP/MES expertise, automation-system knowledge, and strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
