ChampionX is hiring a Process Engineer II in Odessa, Texas, reporting to the Engineering and Maintenance Manager and working both in the office and plant. The role provides technical support to production, safety, operations, logistics, quality, and maintenance teams; troubleshoots production issues; improves process efficiency and capacity; manages new product set-ups and scale-ups; performs Management of Change activities; supports safety and environmental compliance; and leads capital and plant projects through design, construction, and startup. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering and three years of process-engineering experience in a chemical manufacturing plant.
