Charter Wire is hiring a Process Engineer in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, for an onsite role supporting a 24/7 manufacturing operation. The position partners with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Design to improve manufacturing processes, troubleshoot operations, lead continuous-improvement and corrective-action projects, manage process data and operational metrics, and develop procedures and heat-treat practices. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, at least three years of manufacturing process-improvement experience, knowledge of lean and statistical process-control methods, CAD skills, and strong analytical and communication abilities. The role offers a traditional first-shift schedule with flexibility for earlier or evening hours and occasional weekend support, and Charter Manufacturing does not sponsor employment visas.
