The role provides technical leadership and process expertise to improve safety, quality, yield, throughput, and cost competitiveness; supports new equipment, materials, and processes; leads continuous improvement and process control initiatives; coordinates capital projects; and documents standard operating procedures. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, at least one year of manufacturing experience, lean and problem-solving knowledge, manufacturing process expertise, analytical and communication skills, and basic 3D CAD skills. The annual hiring range is $68,900-$86,100, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, disability, and paid time off benefits.
