Description
The Process Engineer is a senior operational role responsible for monitoring, improving, and governing AI-driven insurance policy lifecycle processes. The role does not build or configure AI models but owns process performance, agent behavior, HITL reduction, requirements translation, UAT, auditability, traceability, and process transformation. It requires knowledge of insurance policy domains, AI/ML performance metrics, structured requirements, UAT, root-cause analysis, process documentation, operational data analysis, stakeholder communication, and familiarity with operational systems.
