Description
The Process Engineer supports manufacturing by developing and optimizing new products and processes, performing first-shot samples, programming robots, building end-of-arm tooling, troubleshooting complex process and machine issues, and supporting continuous improvement. The role also provides technical support to manufacturing operations, maintains process documentation, participates in launch activities, and may require travel to other manufacturing sites. A bachelor’s degree or at least two years of related experience and/or training is required, along with communication, basic math, computer, advanced engineering, and plastic-technology knowledge.
