Description
The Semiconductor Process Engineer will develop, characterize, and optimize wafer-fabrication processes across lithography, etching, metallization, deposition, and anneal; maintain SOPs, recipes, and SPC; support process transfers and new device flows; improve yield, defect rates, scrap, process capability, cost, and cycle time; design and execute engineering experiments; and prepare process documentation. The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, materials science, physics, or a related technical field and at least three years of semiconductor process engineering experience, with GaAs/InP or optoelectronics experience preferred. The position involves extended cleanroom work, chemical handling, and physical lifting or pushing/pulling of up to 30 pounds.
