Description
Coherent Corp. is hiring a semiconductor process engineer to develop, characterize, optimize, and transfer wafer fabrication processes across lithography, etch, metallization, deposition, and anneal modules. The role includes maintaining process recipes, SOPs, SPC and control plans, running engineering experiments, improving yield and process capability, reducing defects, scrap, cost, and cycle time, and documenting process specifications. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, materials science, physics, or a related technical field and at least three years of semiconductor process engineering experience, with work performed in a cleanroom and around chemicals.
