Description
Coherent Corp. is seeking an optical engineering professional to establish and maintain statistical process control, track yield and scrap costs, improve manufacturing processes, troubleshoot procedures, document improvements, conduct failure mode and product failure analyses, and train technicians. The role requires a bachelor's degree or higher in optical, electrical, automation, or a related field, at least five years of experience with optical components or modules, strong data analysis and communication skills, mechanical drawing comprehension, and basic jig/fixture design knowledge.
