Description
The Manufacturing Operations Manager leads daily management systems, equipment reliability, digital transformation, performance analysis, structured problem solving, small projects, and capital initiatives within a business unit. The role partners with Operations, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Maintenance; provides direct team oversight; and requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing systems knowledge, Microsoft Power BI and Power Apps proficiency, and strong leadership and communication skills. It is an onsite manufacturing role with an annual base salary of $81,000 to $95,000 and benefits including healthcare, retirement matching, and tuition reimbursement.
