The Manufacturing Operations Manager leads daily management systems, equipment reliability, digital transformation, performance analysis, structured problem solving, small projects, and capital initiatives across a business unit. The role partners with Operations, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Maintenance; provides direct team oversight; and requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing systems knowledge, Microsoft Power BI and Power Apps proficiency, and strong leadership and communication skills. The position is onsite in a manufacturing environment and pays $64,000-$95,000 annually.
