Description
Conn Selmer is hiring a Process Engineer to support manufacturing cost reduction and productivity improvement under the Engineering Manager. The role involves developing and optimizing manufacturing processes, analyzing production capacity and workflows, implementing Lean and Six Sigma improvements, designing tooling and fixtures, calculating OEE and material and labor costs, and collaborating with Quality on root-cause elimination and operator training. The position requires a mechanical or industrial engineering degree or equivalent experience, manufacturing process experience, SolidWorks and tooling expertise, and physical shop-floor work.
