Key responsibilities include recipe management, creating process documentation, participating in audits, implementing corrective actions to reduce scrap, and supporting process industrialization. The role involves ensuring process stability, conducting risk assessments, and training associates. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and significant experience in the tire manufacturing or automotive industry, along with project management knowledge and experience managing small teams.
