Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring a Process Engineer / Industrial Engineer to improve labor utilization, work balance, capacity, ergonomics, productivity, and process/material flow on the Rocky Mount Model Line. The role conducts time studies, work measurement, capacity and takt-time analysis, Yamazumi and work-balance studies, ergonomic and layout improvements, material-flow analysis, Kaizen support, and validation of productivity and labor benefits. A bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent manufacturing/industrial-engineering experience, plus relevant process-improvement experience, is required; the full-time position pays $90,000-$100,000 plus bonus and benefits.
