Description
Curaleaf is hiring a Process Engineer in Webster, Massachusetts, to support its Research and Development team with cannabis product and process design. The role involves improving efficiency, safety, and product quality; managing engineering projects; installing, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting mechanical and laboratory equipment; developing experimental designs; and documenting experiments. The engineer will work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and travel at least 75% of the time to facilities across the nation and globally. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, at least two years of relevant hands-on technical or R&D experience, mechanical aptitude, CAD and SolidWorks experience, and strong communication skills. Compensation is $90,000–$110,000 USD, with benefits including retirement, paid time off, parental leave, and insurance.
