Description
The Building 2 Process Engineer will analyze, design, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The role collaborates with production, quality, maintenance, EHS, planning, and other engineering teams; develops batch records and production workflows; supports equipment commissioning; leads root-cause analysis and corrective actions; monitors process parameters; and drives continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methods. The position is primarily based at the Reading Campus with 95% of the time spent there and 5% at East Greenville, with a manufacturing-floor environment requiring PPE and occasional off-shift or weekend work.
