Description
DAP is hiring a Process Engineer for its Baltimore Plant to support raw materials, compounding, production, and packaging functions. The role includes production troubleshooting, continuous improvement projects, capital project coordination, safety and process hazard analysis, MS 168 data and visual management support, and environmental reporting. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering, at least two years of manufacturing experience, Six Sigma or lean manufacturing experience, process-control knowledge, process-drawing interpretation, PLC ladder-logic analysis, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills. The position offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, a $75,000–$90,000 annual pay range, and additional benefits.
