Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, the Process Engineer will lead performance meetings, track action-plan implementation, analyze operational data, and manage cost-reduction projects across production processes. The role also supports HSE and quality initiatives, including certifications, facility standards, risk analysis, and safety measures. Candidates need an engineering degree, one year of initial experience, knowledge of continuous-improvement methodologies, analytical skills, project-management ability, and French and English language proficiency.
