Description
Duracell is seeking a mid-level Manufacturing Process Engineer to support its Packaging Operation. The role focuses on identifying and eliminating losses, developing procedures and technical documents, collaborating with technical experts and manufacturing sites, training technicians, improving process-control standards, and working with robotics and automated equipment. The engineer will have a high presence on the manufacturing floor and may need a flexible schedule for 24-hour operations. A BS in engineering or equivalent experience is required, with 4–7 years of manufacturing or R&D experience; electrical or mechanical engineering is preferred, and data-analytics and reporting experience is a plus.
