E Ink is hiring a Process Engineer for its Research Division to develop, execute, troubleshoot, and optimize laboratory- and pilot-scale coating, lamination, device-fabrication, testing, and characterization processes. The role involves experimental planning, data analysis, root-cause troubleshooting, equipment ownership, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional R&D, product, process, and manufacturing teams. The position is based in Billerica, Massachusetts, and requires a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree plus at least two years of relevant industrial experience. The annual base salary range is $70,000 to $100,000, with an estimated total compensation range of $95,000 to $135,000.
