Description
Electro-Methods is hiring a Manufacturing Process Engineer in South Windsor, Connecticut, to develop and optimize aerospace manufacturing processes, create work instructions and technical documentation, design tooling and fixtures, plan manufacturing sequences, support the shop floor, and implement Lean and continuous-improvement initiatives. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience, at least eight years of aerospace manufacturing engineering experience, proficiency with engineering drawings, GD&T, 3D modeling, and NX CAD, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
