Cartocor San Juan is hiring a Process Engineer to join its Industrial team in San Juan. The role analyzes production-line performance using OEE and loss matrices, identifies and implements improvements to reduce downtime, losses, and scrap, and increases production speed and operational efficiency. The engineer will lead continuous improvement, TPM, and process optimization initiatives, collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and other areas, and build an autonomous team focused on continuous improvement. The posting seeks candidates with engineering degrees in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics, or Chemical Engineering or related fields, plus experience in production, processes, continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and TPM.
