EPTAM Precision Molding is hiring a Process Engineer, Injection Molding for its 1st Shift in Phillipsburg, New Jersey. The role develops and validates injection-molding processes, supports production troubleshooting and process improvements, maintains documentation and ISO and safety standards, and contributes to Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement. The position requires at least five years of injection-molding operation experience, medical-device manufacturing experience, experience in a 24/7 manufacturing or molding operation, and a trade-school or associate-degree background, with a bachelor’s degree in plastics engineering preferred.
