Description
Faurecia is seeking a Process Engineer in San Juan del Río, Querétaro, to support lean manufacturing and production process control for automotive series production. The role focuses on implementing new processes, continuous improvement, PFMEA and control plan management, SMED/changeover improvement, line and plant layout optimization, and ensuring production documents and methods are aligned with customer and site requirements. The ideal candidate has an engineering background, fluent English, and at least 3 years of automotive industry and similar-role experience.
