Description
Finlays Solutions is hiring a Process Engineer for its San Antonio manufacturing site. The role leads process optimization, capital projects, process safety, commissioning, validation, startup, and continuous improvement across liquid and packaged beverage processes, including extraction, blending, filtration, CIP, HTST, and packaging. The engineer will develop P&IDs, build business cases, manage project resources, support food safety and quality systems, and collaborate with commercialization, R&D, and other teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in chemical, process, or related engineering, 3–5 years of production experience in food and beverage or related sectors, and proficiency with MS Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
