Process Engineer at First Quality

First Quality is hiring a Process Engineer for its Baby Products site in Macon, Georgia. The role provides technical leadership on assigned production lines, supports new products and process improvements, leads or assists with materials trials, maintains process documentation, supports production crews and maintenance, and ensures OSHA and company-procedural compliance. The ideal candidate has a four-year degree in Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering and at least two years of experience in high-speed paper converting or web-based film, paper, or nonwoven fabric manufacturing.
