First Quality is hiring an experienced Process Engineer for its Lewistown, Pennsylvania facility. The role provides technical leadership on assigned production lines, supports continuous improvement, new-product and process-improvement projects, equipment startup and process definition, documentation, OSHA compliance, and 24/7 operational needs. Candidates need a four-year degree in Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience, plus at least two years of experience in high-speed paper converting or web-based film, paper, or nonwoven fabric manufacturing.
