Description
Laminex Australia is hiring a permanent Process Engineer for its manufacturing plant near Dardanup in the southwest of Western Australia. The role reports to the Engineering Manager and supports particle board and finish/LPM production areas by analyzing process performance, improving OEE and product cost, reducing waste and variation, applying statistical analysis and root-cause methods, and maintaining process performance indicators. The position requires a recognized Process or Chemical Engineering qualification, engineering, maintenance, or project management experience, AutoCAD proficiency, and experience in process or continuous manufacturing and quality control and continuous improvement.
