Flyttr is hiring a full-time Process Engineer to develop, optimise, and scale insect mass-rearing processes for research, product development, and commercial operations. The role combines engineering principles with biological knowledge to improve efficiency, quality, capacity, cost-effectiveness, and process consistency; it also supports production troubleshooting, data analysis, validation, compliance, safety, and cross-functional projects. A bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or biological discipline and experience with process development, experimentation, and manufacturing are required, while biotechnology, insect-rearing, and scale-up experience are desirable.
