Ford Motor Company is hiring a Manufacturing Process Engineer to establish and continuously improve manufacturing processes and products, particularly for Trim and Chassis Assembly operations. The role supports process audits, quality and safety improvements, ergonomic evaluations, vehicle inventory root-cause analysis, lean and Six Sigma initiatives, ISO compliance, and throughput improvement. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of manufacturing experience; automotive, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 8D, FMEA, PPAP, and ergonomic analysis experience are preferred. The position is onsite and offers three salary grades ranging from $72,480 to $162,120, with medical, dental, and prescription drug coverage.
