The role supports process audits, quality and safety improvements, ergonomic evaluations, vehicle inventory root-cause analysis, lean and Six Sigma initiatives, ISO compliance, and throughput improvement. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of manufacturing experience; automotive, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 8D, FMEA, PPAP, and ergonomic analysis experience are preferred. The position is onsite and offers salary grades 6, 7, and 8 ranging from $72,480 to $162,120, with medical, dental, and prescription drug coverage.
