Form Energy is hiring a Process Engineer to join its Operations Engineering team and scale production of iron-air batteries. The role focuses on optimizing welding processes, improving quality, throughput, yield, and efficiency; conducting root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions; establishing performance indicators; supporting safety, PLM, MES, and ERP systems; and contributing to factory layout, capacity planning, and scalability. The position is based at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, West Virginia, requires at least three years of manufacturing or production experience focused on welding and a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or materials science field, and offers relocation assistance.
