Fralock is hiring a full-time, onsite Process Engineer in Valencia, California to develop, optimize, and sustain wet-process manufacturing operations for printed circuit board fabrication. The role leads PCB process design, photoresist, etching, plating, cleaning, quality, yield, reliability, equipment, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives, while supporting new product introductions, audits, and regulatory compliance. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field, at least three years of manufacturing engineering experience, and expertise in PCB fabrication, SPC, DOE, FMEA, Lean, Six Sigma, IPC standards, and related manufacturing technologies.
