Mondelēz International is hiring a Process Development & Engineering Manager to lead RDQ activities across innovation, growth, and cost optimization projects. The role manages process design, specifications, scale-up, commissioning, pilot-plant trials, factory trials, modelling and simulation, stakeholder communication, and intellectual property, while coordinating with marketing, manufacturing, and external agencies. The position requires a BS or MS in engineering or a related field, five years of related experience, and knowledge of manufacturing processes, continuous improvement, Six Sigma, and SAP; it is a regular Monday–Friday role with no travel and a base salary of $97,300 to $133,815 plus bonus eligibility and benefits.
