Description
Greenfield is hiring a full-time Process Engineer in Chatham to optimize existing and future plant processes, improve throughput, yield, energy use, cost, quality, safety, and environmental performance, and support continuous improvement. The role includes process analysis, trials, DOE design, data analysis, mass and energy balance modeling, capital and EH&S project support, MOC workflows, PSSR, and training. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering with P.Eng. designation and at least 10 years of related experience; AutoCAD Plant 3D experience is an asset. The position offers a base salary of $120,000–$140,000 and comprehensive health and dental benefits.
