GlobalFoundries is hiring a Process Engineer for its Penang, Malaysia office to support global semiconductor fab operations. The role monitors production processes, SPC/FDC, CPK, tool uptime, and troubleshooting; develops process recipes; improves process performance using big data, statistical analysis, and structured problem-solving; supports production ramping, tool releases, and continuous improvement; and coaches Associate Engineers. The position requires a relevant engineering or science degree, strong communication and analytical skills, and offers opportunities for job rotation and overseas assignments.
