Description
Raxium is hiring a Process Engineer to develop and sustain thin-film deposition processes, manage process control and defectivity reduction, improve yield, select tools for volume manufacturing, and collaborate with integration teams on new process capabilities. The role requires a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, five years of semiconductor equipment-maintenance experience, conventional microfabrication experience, and data-analysis experience. Preferred qualifications include a master’s or PhD, quality-reliability data analysis, microdisplay or microLED experience, and statistical process-control knowledge. Compensation is $188,000–$274,000 USD plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
