Description
The Process Engineer will join an industrial company in Cabrera de Mar to support production process optimization, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include preparing technical documentation, monitoring machinery and facilities, adjusting equipment parameters, supporting machine start-up and shutdown procedures, analyzing breakdowns, improving production processes, applying Lean Manufacturing tools, and monitoring performance indicators. The role requires a relevant university degree, approximately three years of experience in process engineering, continuous improvement, or industrial production, analytical and problem-solving skills, Lean Manufacturing knowledge, and advanced Excel and data-analysis capabilities.
