H.B. Fuller is hiring a Process Engineer to improve safe, reliable, and efficient adhesive manufacturing processes. The role focuses on increasing first-pass yield, reducing scrap and downtime, improving equipment effectiveness, supporting new product introductions and process scale-up, and leading capital projects involving mixers, processing equipment, material handling, automation, utilities, and manufacturing capacity. The engineer will also partner with Maintenance on preventive maintenance and equipment reliability, analyze manufacturing data, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost. A bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, manufacturing, or related engineering and at least three years of manufacturing or process engineering experience are required.
