HSM is hiring a Furniture Process Engineer to support new product launches and existing production operations by developing safe, efficient, and repeatable manufacturing processes. The role covers industrialization, process flows, tooling, fixtures, automation, robotics, validation, troubleshooting, VAVE, PFMEA, control plans, APQP, PPAP, and cross-functional problem solving. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline and at least five years of manufacturing or process engineering experience in automated manufacturing environments.
