Description
The Injection Molding Engineer develops, validates, and improves injection molding processes, molds, tooling, equipment, and manufacturing procedures. The role operates injection molding machines, troubleshoots quality and production issues, supports FDA/ISO quality standards, leads project and technician teams, prepares feasibility and cycle-time estimates, and analyzes manufacturing data. A degree in plastics, manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical engineering is required, while four or more years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience is preferred.
